This is a recording of the 2022 Tax Increment Finance (TIF) Administration for Authority Staff training webinar that was broadcast Wednesday July 20, 2022. This training is intended for staff of development authorities that have TIF districts or are considering the use of TIF. We overview the laws, limitations, and reporting requirements necessary to keep in compliance with TIF Act.
